• Overuse injuries and mobility issues from HIIT or CrossFit
• Joint instability from yoga, dance or gymnastics

I definitely would recommend Matt. He is thorough, professional, friendly, caring and very good at what he does. He found the cause of my back pain and put together a rehabilitation plan to strengthen and maintain my problem. I have had great results every week and no more pain.

5 stars all the way for these guys. The whole staff are professional and polite and make each visit a pleasure.I have had little success with physio over the years, (here's a big rubber band now go play with that for a month and come back to me) since attending beyond health I have felt a big difference in mobility in both back and shoulder and with the program of stretching and exercise I feel healing is finally taking place. Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it 👌

I have been seeing Matt for around 4 years now and cannot recommend him enough. With a career that has me seated all day, over the years I developed lower back and neck issues, all of which Matt has helped me resolve and manage to the point I’ve been able to return to full time hours with no pain! Matt and the team at Beyond Health is undoubtedly a 10/10 in my opinion!

5 stars is not enough.I've been having chronic hip pain which I started seeing a physio for with no luck. I'd go 5 to 7 days with this hip pain which wouldn't ease even with anti-inflammatory meds or any amount of rest. By the weekend I felt like I wouldn't be able to stand, or sit, or lay down.Little did I know my first appointment was going to change my life! I went into the appointment with pain and left the appointment walking on cloud 9 with absolutely no pain. Not only that, the next few days where I'd usually have unbearable pain, I had no pain at all for the first time in months! As well as being a Chiropractic wizard, Matthew is very kind, personable and professional. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with fixing my pain. Not only will you leave feeling great, upon entry Beyond Health is the most aesthetically pleasing place. It is so beautiful, always so clean and well presented. The reception staff are also incredibly lovely and welcoming.I've been telling absolutely everyone about Matthew and how he's helped me in the short amount of time I've been seeing him!

Some general tips to reduce your risk of injury include staying well-hydrated, stretching before and after exercise, and listening to your body when it comes to pushing yourself during physical activity. Additionally, make sure you are using proper form when exercising and gradually increasing your intensity over time.

Investing in proper fitness equipment and seeking guidance from a qualified fitness or health care professional can help you safely reach your health and fitness goals.

How do chiropractors crack necks?

There is no definitive answer to this question, as chiropractors use a variety of techniques to adjust the spine and neck.

Some common methods used to crack necks include cervical traction, the activator method, and manual adjustment.

Cervical traction involves a device designed to stretch the neck, while the activator method is a form of mechanical mobilisation that involves a device with a spring-loaded hammer.

Manual adjustment is a chiropractic technique in which a practitioner uses their hands to manipulate the neck, often with rotational force.

Will a chiropractor help a pinched nerve?

Chiropractic care is a potential solution for individuals suffering from pinched nerves. It’s been known to provide relief from pain and tension, while also giving some people little to no help.

Chiropractors may reduce pain from a pinched nerve by adjusting the spine to remove the pressure, recommending lifestyle changes, stretching, and exercises that strengthen the muscles to help support the spine and prevent future pain. Book your Free Injury Assessment today so our Beyond Health Chiro team can give you the support and relief you need!

How much does a chiropractic adjustment cost?

The cost of a chiropractic adjustment will vary depending on the individual chiropractor and the severity of the condition being treated. However, many private health plans do provide coverage for chiropractic care, so it is always worth checking with your private health care provider.

Will a chiropractor help neck pain?

Chiropractors are healthcare professionals who specialise in treating neck pain caused by pinched nerves. With a variety of techniques, they can adjust the spine and alleviate pressure on the nerves.

Chiros may also suggest lifestyle changes, stretching exercises, or other therapeutic methods to provide relief.

Which chiropractic technique is best?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best chiropractic technique will vary depending on the individual’s needs and preferences. However, a chiropractor can help determine which method would be most beneficial to an individual based on their specific condition.

Common chiropractic techniques include spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, joint mobilisation, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, and other soft tissue treatments. Each of these techniques can help improve the condition of the musculoskeletal system, reduce pain and tension, and promote better overall health.

How many chiropractic sessions do I need?

Chiropractic care can vary greatly depending on an individual’s needs. A chiropractor can evaluate a person’s condition and help determine the best course of treatment for optimum health and relief. Common chiropractic methods include spinal adjustment, manual manipulation, massage therapy and exercise guidance.

The frequency of visits will depend on the severity of an individual’s symptoms and desired outcome; however, ongoing management is usually recommended to maintain results achieved in the session.

How to find a good chiropractor near me?

To find a good chiropractor near you, we recommend looking for three main things; reviews, reputation and relatability.

Reviews – check the Google reviews of patients past and present. Beyond Health Chiro has over 130 5-star reviews based on the service and solutions we provide. Check out all our Google Reviews.

Reputation – Beyond Health Chiropractics reputation attracts people from all over Perth to come see our expert chiros. We have now expanded to 3 convenient locations, making it easier for you to live pain free.

Relatability – if you are in pain then you want to be treated by someone who understands this or specialises in the type of pain you are experiencing. If you are an athlete, then you want to be treated by someone who also is an athlete or who has devoted their career to supporting athletes.

How often should I visit the chiropractor?

At Beyond Health Chiro, we take a comprehensive approach to physical health and well-being. Our aim is to identify any potential factors that could be causing or contributing to physical health concerns, so that you can better manage your overall health. Regular visits are recommended in order to support prevention and maintenance of physical wellness.

A schedule of recommended visits depends on an individual’s lifestyle and their particular goals and needs. It is important to schedule regular appointments with a chiropractor to discuss any new or ongoing symptoms, assess and adjust lifestyle changes, review results, and develop an appropriate preventive care plan.
