Mobilisation stretching is a systematic, step-by-step approach to muscle stretching that helps ensure safe and effective stretching. Mobilisation stretching is an excellent choice for people who want to improve their flexibility, increase their range of motion and prevent or address muscle injuries.
Because mobilisation stretching is systematic and progressive, it can be used by people of all ages, fitness levels, and experience with stretching.
Sports chiropractic is a form of chiropractic care that is specifically tailored to athletes and people who engage in physical activity. Sports chiropractors help sports people recover from injuries, improve their performance, and avoid future injuries.
Our Beyond Health Chiropractic sports chiropractors will help provide you treatment options that will get you back in action as quickly as possible, without compromising your safety. We offer a variety of services that are tailored specifically for athletes, so you can get back to doing what you love.
Post surgery rehabilitation is an important part of the healing process. It can help you recover more quickly, and it teaches you how to care for yourself post surgery.
Recovery time and rehabilitation varies depending on the type of surgery you have had, but typically your treatment plan will include range of motion exercises, physical therapy, and strengthening activities to help you regain strength, range of motion, and flexibility.
As people age, they often find that their mobility starts to decrease. This can make it difficult to do everyday activities such as stretching, bending down, or reaching up. Seniors Mobility is a program designed to help seniors improve their mobility and regain independence.
Our Beyond Health Seniors Mobility Program consists of a series of stretching movements and exercises, along with therapy that help to strengthen the body and increase mobility.
At Beyond Health we believe in treating the underlying problem, not just the symptoms and pain that you are currently experiencing. The treatment we provide at our Perth chiropractic clinics is an evidence-based multimodal approach involving both passive care such as soft tissue therapy, adjustments, mobilisations, dry needling and biomechanics blocking as well as active care in the form of rehabilitative and corrective exercises. We believe the combination of both passive and active chiropractic care is the most effective way to not only help improve symptoms fast but also treating underlying dysfunction to prevent future recurrence and injury getting you back to feeling and moving at your best!
As a new patient, our initial consultations involve a thorough history of your aches, pains, injuries and previous treatment plans, along with a physical assessment involving specific muscle, orthopaedic and diagnostic testing. Following our assessment we will provide a report of our findings and provide you with your personalised health care plan.
We ask our first visit patients to bring with them any previous imaging such as MRI, X-Rays, medical records and reports.
The fun part! Follow up chiropractor visits will take approximately 15 minutes. By having longer appointment times we are able to spend more hands-on time with you for chiropractic treatment as well as allowing us to take you into our gym for rehabilitative therapy. If there are any additional injuries, pain or complaints that arise different to your current treatment plan please let us know so we can book you in for more time to ensure we are able to cover all areas of concern for you.
Extended consults are also available for patients who wish to have a longer therapy time or want us to take them through their rehabilitative program in detail in house. We are able to offer services to ensure proper corrective and exercise form including; squat, bench and deadlift techniques. Investing in proper technique and posture coaching now is a proactive approach to reduce the risk of neck, back, muscle, soft tissue or joint pain in the future.
Let us know what you need so we can make sure you get the best care – even if it’s just a check up!
